I wonder what happens if you win the lifetime account but are offline for a month including the time of the drawing of the winner.

Sucks to be in europe!

Well I would like to be in this contest too! Unfortanatly Im in europe and the log-a-thon will be MONDAY between 4 and 6 am my time since im 9 hours ahead of sl time!. And I have a job (that sucks too) So it SUCKS to be in Holland

hmmm. I don't see that part Jillian? I could be missing it though. Where did you read that on the announcement?

However I did see this part, and you would only need to be on for 30 mins to qualify:

From: someone

1. Every user who remains online for a total period of 30 minutes between the time of 7pm and 9pm PDT on Sunday, July 31st will receive an entry into the Log-A-Thon 5000 Sweepstakes and automatically qualifies to receive a Benshee: a personalized in-world primitive pet that interacts with other Benshees it meets. In addition to following the rules of the contest, competitors are required to follow the normal Second Life Terms of Service and Community Standards, which may be changed from time to time in Linden Lab's sole discretion. User login information will be retrieved from our session logs, which are collected as users log into and out of the grid.

Well bleh. That doesn't make any sense. I suppose it must be some lottery rule in CA though. Oh well. I guess the time doesn't make a difference for anyone now.

A few things confuse me.

1. Are the necklaces real or prims.

2. In the rules it says:
14. By accepting the prize, winner recognizes that his or her name, voice and likeness may be requested by Linden Lab for promotional purposes. However, the Resident may refuse to provide any information protected by our Privacy Policy.

Does this mean they may request the information, but you don't have to give it and still win?
