Post some of the weirdest reasons why you where Neg rated

I was negrated by one person about half a year ago who didn't provide a reason. I simply said, "Thank You," to which she replied, "yw." Cu%t!

I better triple neg rate her with all my alts before 1.7 rolls around. Thanks for reminding me.

It is so sad. I work hard to get neg rated and never get any and all of you get them without trying. ((cries))

i was once negged for creating anime dolls. but thats how i met plastic duck he was kind enough to take it back.

for the negs i got now:

the 1st neg was from when me and a friend of mine were in rausch, and my friend decided it would be fun to teleport her other friend into rausch and have me shoot him. So she teleported him, and i shot him. He had a shield on so it didn't really do anything. But i then found out that he was actually her enemy. So i got negged and reported

the other neg was from some dude who thought it was me that shot everyone a million miles into the air even tho i was shot up there too.

and the 3rd neg was from playing around with the animation that hides your av underground. It was fun confusing this one guy. Then i popped up and said hi. And he negged me. Then it turned out to be a woman. i think i deserved that neg tho. i was being annoying.

Oppsss funny.. must be an accident ....same goes for the ava (and person behind that ava) - no names Aces no names - for the girl (?) that was ”sent” by ”someone” to me for negrating...LOL... LOL.. not so fun ”story” buta true story - from inside SL and you know about it... more funny...

Ah, this was back when rates cost L$1 Still, the poverty plea was obviously false...

I was triple negged by some dork who was angry that my auto-return land kept returning all the crap he kept rezzing on it...

There's this single negrate I never got a reason for, since it was given without a reason and the accoutn is long gone from SL...

And there's the 15th of August rocket misfire. I had fireworks going off over Petite Gaule in celebration, and I st00pidly forgot to remove them by the end of the day. I was somehow persuaded I had removed those... so 5 days later the sim is crawling and because of the TEMPONREZ bug all prim allotments are drying up, driving a local resident to triple neg me, and telling me to keep such garbage out. I apologised profusely and refunded her twice the rating fees.

But, then again, I don't really care.

I got my triple neg more than six months ago, I'm pretty sure, still showing for some reason; it was from an incident with a jerky neighbor back when I lived in Minna. The area where I lived was a sort of wide peninsula (sp?) with only a couple of neighbors, both of whom were very nice.

One day somebody bought a big chunk of land right in the center of the peninsula and promptly raised it to maximum height, so it was like having that Devil's Tower thing from Close Encounters right smack in the center of your street.

I IM'd Jerky Neighbor and politely asked whether he was planning to keep it that way; I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt at first, maybe he was still in the midst of some building/terraforming project. He replied that yes, he was. I mentioned (again being sure to be polite) that it was kind of annoying to have such a tall structure there blocking our views, etc. (don't recall my exact words.) Since he couldn't be persuaded to lower the land, the neighbors and I put up a temporary fix; we put up 'billboards' on our land with nice scenic views on them, to hide the terraformed 'tower.'

Well, Jerky Neighbor wasn't pleased at that and put up signs on all four sides of his tower with big letters stating 'my land is fine the way it is!' That alone was pretty funny. He also proceeded to triple neg me, and let me know it was worth the $L75. (I assume he negged the other neighbors too.)

Patience paid off in the end; Jerky Neighbor moved not long after that. I'm glad he got a thrill from that episode; he isn't listed in Find anymore, so I guess the last laugh is mine.

Gosh, I had to beg for my neg. Someone told me I couldn't be FIC till I was negged, but after I finally got someone to neg me, I decided I didn't want to be FIC.


Actually, I don't know why I was negged, never met the person, never exchanged a word with them, and never bothered to ask for a reason. but I was sorta proud to finally get negged. It seemed an important rite of passage in my Second Life.
