Posting upskirts without the permission of the subjects is exactly like how Atreus killed the sons of Thyestes, cut them up, cooked everything except their hands and feet, and served them in a banquet in Thyestes' honor. Yes..he did break the rules, and not just the spirit of them. But good try at alternate history writing. I remember a few occasions very vividly. He was also warned several times, suspended for brief time periods and then finally banned altogether. But I'm also very much for free speech, and would be fine with him coming back. I can very easily choose which threads I wish to read and which I don't.
