I think alot has to do with how the avie is made... if you have a skinny size 2 avie with double D lookin tits its gonna look just as bad/stupid/fake in SL as it does in RL...lol but thats my opinion and mine only. Mine remain as they were on the day I joined, as does pretty much everything else except the skin. I did bump them up about 5 points a while back because I realised I probably looked a tad boyish!

The way my avatar looks isn't really a reaction to my real self, either as a mirror or an ideal. I don't roleplay so my personality is all the 'me' I bother with, and that in turn effects the clothing and hair I like the look of and stick on my avatar But it is kinda nice to have smaller boobies in SL. Mind, it'd also be nice to have them on a slider in RL, so you can bump them up to fill out that new dress or slide them right down when you go jogging...

I always think it's interesting hearing why people choose the way their av looks, and boobies is always a good topic. And you guys complaining about women liking smaller puppies - Go grow your own! ;D

The other good clue is the way they dress their "ladies" in public, if they are running around the welcome areas in less clothing than I go to bed in (an no I wont say) there is a good chance its not a female running that one. There are places for that and appropriate. (yes I know there are women who are exibitionist but that is not the majority)

After research on the matter of RL men using female Avs. The number is really high 60% of female Avs, Not SL only but almost every game/place are men and 40% are RL females.

In my research I've found most of the men using female avs max boob size have maxed hips really long legs and tiny feet. Most of the men in female avs this is reffering to SL are escorts. so all you horny men are paying other men to cyber and have SL sex with you.

IRL my breasts are bigger than my SL av, only for the reason that the SL avatar's breasts look pretty horrid if I try to reflect my RL size. And yeah they are larger than average and its going to stay that way.

I like my breasts large, because my av reflects my RL person as much as possible and I have large breasts in RL. That being said, I like perky breasts, but its just not "me" and sorry if that interferes with your "fantasy" - well actually, I'm not sorry because my breasts aren't for some guy to drool over or complain about. Get a life.

If someone likes large breasts on the avatar, so what. However, if you are going to dial up the slider, consider dialing up the rest too! The breasts need to be on a woman with a bit more body weight than a stick figure! That is what makes large breasts so often look so weird to me in SL - the body is often way too thin and the breasts too big, leading to that "Pam Anderson blowup doll" odd proportion look that is mostly a fabrication of plastic surgeons and creative graphic artists airbrushing model pics. Put some body on your female avs, please - like real life women have, instead of looking like a concentration camp survivor with big breasts stuck on ala plastic surgery.

And women with hips, actually, I don't see many who dial up the hips slider - I did, and I like having womanly hips. Actually I think a lot of women dial down their hips thinking they prefer themselves with less hips - and yeah, I guess you could use that as a way to see if someone is really female, but I think it does NOT work the other direction - as in my case... I have larger than average breasts, small feet (because the shoe designers all make them for zero - not much I can do about that - I like to wear shoes!), and large hips, I am a guy according to some of your standards? Sorry to blow your bubble, but I'm very much female, and that's proven to selected folks over video and skype

What I do find very annoying in SL, way more so than dialing up the slider on the breasts, are extreme proportion errors, like the nose being way too small on the face, the legs proportionally too long for the body, etc. That glares out at me more so then if a woman has large breasts or not. That and the extreme height a lot of these avatars have, too...

Petite female avatars are fairly rare I've noticed, and its nice to see them. I've done my best to duplicate my RL height in SL (5 foot 6 1/2) as best I can, and even though I may feel like I'm way shorter than the norm in SL as opposed to RL where I'm very average height and taller than many women - I would not change it at all! I like being way shorter than my male dance partner

I agree on the point that most AV's really need to have other parts of their bodies worked on if they are going to have large breasts. I for one have a very petite body frame in RL, so I went the opposite way for my SL AV. I don't have really big breasts, but I went up to maybe a D. In real life I have 34C breasts and I have always wanted to increase my breast size up one cup size. It's nice to have a idea on what my frame would generally look like with a bigger cup size. I took alot of time to try to get my body shape down to where I was happy with how I looked. It's really up to the individual though, and weather or not they want to take the time to look good.

There IS a male equivalent to the female avie with 90 boobs, the guy that never takes that damn dick off.

With the shading on skins you can be nearly flat and still have ample cleavage, so it doesn't take much. I think I'm at 32 to 35, something like that.

At first, I tried to make Io look like myself, just her face. Her body started off rather slim and flat chested and willowy, though, and although she's gained some much needed weight since then, she resists being a virtual "me". When I tried giving her my boobs, my body, it just didn't seem.... right. It's like she took on her own persona and that was that. Lately though, I think she is playing with the sliders when I'm not around because she is growing taller and this must stop, she is towering over everyone like a goddamn giraffe.

And yes, give yourself some nice curvy hips and try to match them to naturally sized shoulders, you will look much more proportioned. I gave myself rather wide shoulders because I have them in rl, but I've taken them down a bit. Plus, the bigger they are, the smaller your head starts to look, it's a vicious circle.)

Man. If you think the people who max out the boob slider is bad, look up a group called "hyper furries" or go to the sim Northstar. These are people who think the max of 100 in breast size looks flat chested, and they're forced to make their breasts out of prims.

I've seen them have breasts that are half as tall as they are and 4 times as wide.
