eeww i call that "smells like gym shoes" cheese You're supposed to eat it, not snort it. Common mistake. Actually, yeah, it does smell awful. But it tastes really good anyway. Added tip: If you're catering a party and making a puff-pastry hors d'ouvre stuffed with feta, basil and sun-dried tomato, or feta and -anything-, do NOT, I repeat DO NOT, cook them on site. It's impossible to get rid of the smell before the guests arive. It will linger for hours, smelling of nasty feet, until at least a few people vomit Everclear and Koolaid to freshen the air. _____________________
