Not surprising really. He lives in this area (well before the latest trial) and would go shopping at various stores around here. Completely normal for him to wear. It's just that not everyone has had a camera to snap a picture of him in the same clothing or even odder attire.

I'm with Neehai on this one. I'm NOT bothered by the crossdressing.

However, I'm concerned that as a parent, Michael may be teaching these kids some confusing messages when it comes to the veils and masks he always has them wear.

Oh C'mon People!! The man is a nut! Even if he didnt do anything with those kids. Your average 40-something does not A) have his face carved down to the bone, B) Wear those clothes and C) Does not make those kind of comments or talk like that!

What is it with the Michael Jackson stuff all the time?

It seems like people are saying we should hate and abhor him because he talks/walks/dresses like a girl??? Or because he had some surgery that tragically did not leave him looking very nice?

I always find it amusing that in a place that prides itself on tolerance there are "let's dump on Michael Jackson cause he looks weird" threads that appear with regularity and hardly anyone defends the guy (Satchmo excepted).

How about starting some "make fun of crippled people" threads while you're at it.

I think he's entitled to be as weird as he wants to be. I do worry about those kids though. I can imagine them growing up with a very skewed view of the world and their place in it.

The bit in that article about him accidentaly using the women's restroom made me laugh though (because it's happened to me). I was driving from Maryland to Michigan and passed one rest stop too many on the Ohio turnpike. I spent about half an hour having to go so bad I thought I was going to pass out. When I finally got to the next one I literally ran into the bathroom, into a stall, closed the door, and let out a sigh of relief that was probably heard all the way to Indianna. As I was sitting there doing my business other people started to come into the bathroom and I started seeing their shoes pass by under the door, and they were all very tiny. After the third person went by it dawned on me that in my haste I'd gone into the ladies room by mistake (it was empty when I went in, thankfully). I figured I'd just sit there for a while until it was empty again and then leave. So I waited, and waited and waited some more. After a good half hour it still wouldn't empty out so finally I just put my head down and walked out as fast as I could. I'm not sure anyone noticed since no one screamed, hehe. I ran to my car fully expecting to be chased by security guards or something. "It's a peeping tom! Get him!" How embarassing!

Where, specifically, is this restroom so that I might patronize it without having to wait?

Hehe, it was a service area westbound on the Ohio turnpike, about half way across the state. It was just blind luck that it was empty when I ran in or it would have been even more embarassing. I'd probably have gotten thrown out before I was able to use the men's room in which case I'd have been found dead about ten miles farther down the turnpike.

While I agree that clothing isn't a reason to pick on Michael, I would have to say that there are plenty of other reasons to pick on him.
