I just returned from seeing the movie at a preview.


It's bloody FANTASTIC!!!!

I'd have to agree with Kendra here. It is very well done, and whether you see it as a parable or not it makes you think.

And... Natalie Portman does a good job...

Yah Portman was very good --But it's Hugo Weaving's movie for sure

LOVED The Professional!!!! Didnt See Garden State. And Star Wars? Eh... Altho I noticed in a few shots that it must be COLD on them thar planets cuz she was Beaming like a spotlight! :D

I'd like to see them do The Watchmen. Was an excellent story. ;)

I saw the movie last night and its amazing. Portman does a fantastic job but the real kudos should go to Hugo Weaving -- who manages to impart a wealth of emotion and charm while remaining behind a mask for the entire length of the show.

Someone said all was forgiven after the torture. That's just not true. The movie shows this very clearly and it really makes you think. The bombings of the buildings aren't done as something V enjoys but rather, thinks are necessary.

Forget the article -- go see the movie. Really well done.
