The CDs are on a horizontal surface somewhere above the last machine they were in, possibly under more recent clutter like an opened bill or book set on the shelf. Then again one assumes you have looked in the drives of everything in the house with one. Whatever you find in the drives, look in their supposed empty cases.

I threw a written some stuff to disc on, upwards, (as I thought I was done with it) and decided to check something on it and it took me forever to find.. I threw it upwards, it bounced off the lightshade and then off the wall and it slipped into my CD rom stacker thing in between 2 cases.. And theres like NO space between them so, I didn't look there until I gave up and started playing Civ 4

I've misplaced my things within my apartment. Leaving it up to chance isn't working, so maybe you guys could give me some suggestions. Just imagine an apartment that looks like the Russian spies broke in while I was away and turned the whole place upside down and that's not a far off picture of my apartment... But weirder (think sewing machine next to car radio next to bass amp next to pvc pipe next to daruma next to 50lb bag of rice weird).

Missing Items:

Photoshop CD
Cool Edit Pro CD
Vast: Nude CD (although I've managed to find the empty case for this one)
*FSOL: ISDN CD

P.S. You listed it all on ebay with the exception of the Vast CD which you threw out the window with frustration as ebays turbo lister program was screwing itself...

Perhaps the CD's slipped down the cracks in the couch or chair? Under the cushions? Maybe they got put in another stack of "things" that looked like they belong near your computer and your gf kindly made the stack and forgot to move it to it's proper place?

Or maybe, just maybe, they are now residing in a comfy nest of unmatched socks that have disappeared from my dryer last month? If so look for a colorful pile of soft cloth lurking about! There will be approximately 12 different colors/patterns in the pile. Mostly pinks, purples and toe socks. Good Luck!

And if you find them, please UPS my socks back! I need them! lol

Anyway, how do you put 12 pairs of socks in the washer and only get 12 single unmatched socks out of the dryer only hours later? ... it's quite baffling.

If I see any colored socks, they'll stand out like sore thumbs and I'll FedEx them immediately (because FedEx has a cooler logo and doesn't kick my packages).

Thanks for all your suggestions, guys!

I found the PS and CEP disks. The case slipped between the piano amp and the guitar amp.

I found it when I was taking the home security system back to its hiding place and it slipped out of my hand, landing right next to the cd case.
