At work it's my company intranet. Because I'm such a corporate whore.
That, and it makes it look like I'm doing something company- related when my boss walks in and I open a new window.
At home I just open it to a blank page cause I'm very web-impatient and don't like waiting for a page to load before getting to where I'm going.

The people at work are really weirded out whenever I open a new tab/window and Second Life your account page comes up.
