First off, I feel bad for the guy, because no one should suffer the heart-stomping he apparently received after making the recording.
Secondly, yes never eververververververver record stuff you don't want on the net, taken outta context, etc.
Thirdly, my overwhelming thought w/regards to her dumping him was that she might have been thinking about the horror of spending more time with a guy with a vocabulary depth most 2 year olds can bury deep! Imagine long car trips with this well-meaning but simple fellow, can you feel the road rage building?
Fourth, definitely getting that stalker vibe here. Was he stoned? What were those past incidences of bad behavior? Was the relationship already in trouble?
Fifth, did HE post this to the next or did she?

I didn't feel sorry or laugh. I found the pathetic neverending rambling which proceeded the lame song made me want to to inflict bodily harm upon him. The more he repeated the same drivel, the more i wanted to put him out of his misery.
I feel sorry for me for listening to it. Yeah, I know I could have closed it, but i had to hear how the crappy song everyone was talking about.
