Today I am thinking about having either chicken teriyaki with veggies or one of my favorites, Shrimp Pad Tai which is Chinese noodles, sprouts, onions, lots of shrimp with Tai spices stir fried. I will prolly have a coke with that. I know you are sitting on the edge of your seat in anticipation of my choice, I will update y'all after lunch!

a salad with lots of fresh veggies from my garden...
and a Crystal Light Rasberry Ice *from one of those little single serve carry around packets.* Has anyone seen these things? They are supposed to be put in a bottle of water, but I use them in a 32 oz cup filled with ice and water. I am soooooo addicted to them!! I love the rasberry ice and the peach ice tea...yummy! |

OMG y'all, I am soooo sorry. I just know that y'all have waited all day anticipating which choice I would choose for lunch and I jus left ya hangin in misery. I will make you suffer no longer and beg for your forgiveness for this dastardly oversight.
Drum roll pls................................................. I had Shrimp Pad Tai for lunch with an egg roll that had a yummy sweet chili sauce for dippin and a coke. Carry on peeps. _____________________

I had a salad...with a piece of grilled chicken...bu then someone left a huge cake in the kitchen on our floor in the office...so I had a bite of that,...and then someone left a huge sandwich they had won in a radio show contest... nutricious but, again, gigantic..so I had a bite of that too.

For lunch? Nothing! Still ill from eating too much Taco Bell the previous night(3 half-pound bean burritos and adouble-decker taco), I felt too quesey to eat. But I took home a bunch of the buffet-spaghetti from work(a family-owned pizza/sub place) for eating later.
