'Baptist Church??' Dis-respects Fallen Servicemembers' Funerals

You know that these folks will have trouble in with their God as the Bible that they follow says:

Galatians 5:13-15 (KJV)

I thought we convinced you bible thumpers that god didn't exist weeks ago. Are we in relapse or were you playing possum?

Please tell me whenever I called myself Christian? I posted this thread in response to the hate and bigotry that Fred Phelps has shown for mankind in general and America in minutiae.

Sorry, I was not referring to (or inferring) anyone else here as a Christian (I don't know that anyone else is, I am however). I was pointing to the fact that Ulrika's post came right after two Scriptural quotes demeaning Phelps' and his ilk's actions that are supposed to be Christian.

Hence, Christians beating on so called Christians.

Bikers are christian too.

It's inevitable, in a country that permits freedom of speech and expression, that media-manipulating psycopaths who push the system to the limit in order to further some sick agenda will crop up. Phelps is an utter abomination of a man, who deserves season tickets to the Hell he loves talking about.

On the other hand, I remember when his website was hacked and redirected to a gay pr0n site... there's always a silver lining.

I still have no idea what this thread is about. I just saw some bible quotes and thought I'd exchange some fun banter with Kurgan. Apparently I have popped into a thread where humor and off-topic trolling is taboo. Given the reference to being a veteran prior to the dreaded "fuck off", it must have something to do with dead servicemen. They're always a party pooper.

So with that said, I'll make like Kurgan and have fun somewhere else. I apologize for stomping on the flowers.

Sometimes I do it to take over a conversation that I don't agree with, sometimes I do it to have fun (what I was attempting here previously), sometimes I do it to respond to off-topic questions (like you just posted).

Unacceptable. It's harassment of the most cruel kind. I would think that these individuals could be removed for trespassing by the funeral home.

I don't think that one even needs to mention the fact that these people served in the military. When anyone passes away, one should show respect for the feelings of the grieving family. The fact that individuals would exploit grieving families is just shocking to me.

I would say that these people at the funeral are not protesters rather they are publicity seekers engaging in cruel harassment to promote a platform of bigotry and hatred. I say this, as I'm not entirely comfortable with promoting vigilante groups to control "protesters". However, I do fully support the use of the police to arrest these individuals for trespassing. Their behavior is abominable and there isn't a court in the land that wouldn't convict them.

What a sad and disturbing story.
