/For AL of you that wonder what it was here at first I can tell you: it was fake - a self made front page of the SL HOME page that was a kind of Joke but also stressing the fact that i think and feel we the small designer are forgotten by LL... a well made for fun front page.
Then later this thread changed - sadly to pick on spelling.. /

Actually, all of us make it all - not just small designers. No one group of people makes SL all of anything. You dislike the promotion of a certain group of people, yet you are turning right around and advocating that with the promotion of a different group of people, the one you are in. How is that any better, except for you?

Is it really too much to ask that you start spelling ALL correctly to save the sanity of people that are annoyed by that? You seem nice like you would care that you are making me insane by such a simple thing, you seemed like you would want to know, a person who strives for personal best..a person who strives......to be EXAKT. FINE just bastardize spelling like the rest of us, the only redeaming quality is that it is an original bastardizing of spelling the word all. |

It wasn't that hard for me to deduce that "AL" meant "all" not "Al, short for Allen", or to realise that it didn't mean "awl" as in "the small ones that make it a tool used to bore holes in wood". However, sometimes trying to read 1337SP34|< fills me with a violent rage until I R1P 73H H3ADZ 0FfA 73H PR1M B4BB13S!!

PetGirl is dyslexic.
I have problem with it AL including in my own language.. I am very dyslectik, including I read things and sometimes ustand something that are not in the text... I cant spell, I cant grammar.. yes absolute right!! - its no fun.. I have often cryed.. or get to the bathroom and screamed.. And yes many put me aside as a dumb type.,.,. many do. And more.. On the other side my visual work are well known where I work IRL - and my body language are strong... When I must write a sales plan I at page 3.. write something like this ”Sorry about AL wrong speledd words... ” ...and after that most people that WANT TO USTAND do it or ask polite for an explanation... The ones that DONT WANT to ustand are another sort of people - one that I can live without... A human that want to hurt people by the by nature inbuilt problems are not a human.. /Tina - EXAKT bad in spelling but EXAKT in Designing  ))_____________________

No, that's not it. I don't think many people know about this. PetGirl made that post just yesterday in the fourth page or so of some Off-Topic thread. It was only by chance that I came across it. I wonder why she shies away from saying this. She could have easily mentioned it here. And it's not as if it's some stigma or anything. At least I don't regard it as such. Dyslexic individuals are generally quite creative and instictive. They can see things in multiple dimensions. It's quite a gift. If I was her, I would just plaster it all over my signature: Dyslexic and proud of it. Or perhaps Dyslectik an praud of it. Cute of You - tks a LOT! - You made my day... As someone who strives for personal best yourself (which is what I have to assume - however, you make quite a few spelling mistakes yourself), how many languages do you speak, Summer? Spanish? French? Swedish even? Let's hear. But, for the sake of our sanity, grammatically correct please. I will definitely commend you for it, considering quite a few people over there do not even know Sweden is in Europe....  |
