wtf?

I went through the computer rage thing last week, and dont really want another attack of it.... but looks like it's comming since i'm also getting this and the packet loss from the last update

Well, I was right....

2nd attack of computer rage in less than 3 weeks by LL dicking me around. (THAT IS A VALID ENGLISH PHRAZE AND IS NOT SWEARING)

I think Its time for me to give up before my blood pressure gets so high I have a stroke.

Anyone want to buy 4096 sqm of land?

ugh..i got that message to (it was about n hour long) and now...i can use my account until i "renew my membership" WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I didnt do anything to deserve a ban. so im clueless...

I experienced this as well tonight & as usual, we'll probably hear "zilch" from LL as to what the reason is behind this. Just 1 of those colorful raa raa cheerleader "hang in there" type deals. Also a forward to some techie that will look, laugh & go on . I guess at least the message stay's consistant & it isn't telling me sporatic different messages each time I try to log in.

Meantime, I posted this situation as I'm sure other's have in the past, in the Second Life Answers . Soon as something is answered, will fire it off here.

Yep, Brock and Roxsa, I got it too.

The sim we were on suddenly went to zero on both time dilation and sim fps, but it didn't completely crash, and some people's chat text was getting through. I waited a few minutes, then logged out. When I tried to log back in, I got this:

"Login failed. The system is logging you out right now. Your Account will not be abailable until 2006-04-12 22:39:22 Pacific Time." Yikes.

When I tried to log in again at 22:40, it gave me the same failure message but the time was changed to 22:44:24. Great.

Sooo, I logged in with my alt, just fine, and TP'd over to the sim where I had been. I got over there but the sim was still screwed up, time dilation and fps still at zero. Couldn't move except by sitting on something. But some people were still there... INCLUDING IMP LUDOVICO! i.e. me, the main me. I even clicked on Imp and sent an IM, which did indeed come through to me when I got logged back in as Imp finally.

Somehow I just knew that a thread titled "wtf?" would be about this. I'm not happy to hear that this was not an isolated incident.

I got that one several times. I found that it is not actualy a legit mesage but somthing like an error loop bug on log in and is caused from crashing.

to fix the problem clear out your SL cache and try logging in agian. If that dont work do a relog of your system to clear out any faulse info remaing in computer memory.

seems to work for me and I find it not to anoying as it only happens occasionaly.
