From: Davy Flytrap Come on guys give the Lindens a break.
Im sure that they are aware of the issue and are fixing it at this time.
Yes it my be annoying and fustrating but these things happen.
If you just keep trying then you will get in.
I got in after about 5 attempts. Unfortunately, Davy, some people have been completely and utterly unable to login at all. Particularly those who work in the daytime, and can only play at night. I'm sure that the Lindens are working on things. I'm 100% sure that they are trying to figure out what the hell to do to fix ALL the things that are going wrong. I think, though, that a LOT of us would feel better if they had a better history of giving "status reports." LOL. 3 days of not being able to login, and all we've really had is an announcement from Pathfinder saying that the login queue is very slow, don't back out of it, etc... etc... Now, if someone would come by and say "OK, we're doing this, this, this... and we're trying this, that and the other thing..." (Ahem, obviously not those precise words, but you know, actually just running through what's going on behind the scenes) and/or "We hope to have this fixed by..." (Doesn't have to be a specific date, but a LITTLE less unspecific than "Next update" would be nice. I know they can only do so much. I'm sure we ALL know this. But, you sort of can't blame folks for being upset that a game they pay for is mostly inaccessable, either.

Also, it is a bit disheartening to see a thread with a bunch of people talking about leaving. Instead of responding, LL doesn't respond at all. What message does that give to people talking about leaving to go to There or researching other games or NOT upgrading to another tier like they were planning?

Must be nice. Most people I know have about a hour to 1.5 hours to wait before they can get in. That's approximately 35 attempts, with one uninstall reinstall thrown in *drips with envy over being able to get in after five attempts* *grin*

I couldn't log in. Tried several times. Then I deleted my cache and bam, I went right in. Don't know if anyone else suggested it, didn't read the rest of the thread because I wanted to get in the game.
Whoops while I was posting this, SL crashed and now I can't get back in. LOL.
