Log in Problem...

i think i got yall beat ... i uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times... i redone my video card... i have just now reformated. and installed game back. and BAM im shit out of luck.. we needddddd a linden pweeeezzzzzz

I still havent heard a word as to why I cant log in? Have any of you guys heard anything?

I haven't. Anyways, who here is on LAN? A local network? I can get on from one of the other computers in my network, but not this one. I tried changing my IP and that didn't work either.

Ok... What you guys need to do it pretty simple... The reason why you are getting that message is because you have been blocked out of the game by the Lindens... Either you broke rules or have charges left on your account... Other reasons is it may be a Database glitch and can be fixed by calling... 18008606990 Ext. 3. Between the hours of 9am-6pm Pacific time... They should be able to look up your account info. and help you from there.

You guys dont seem to get it at SL, are accounts work fine on other computers, if i use my wifes computer i can log in just fine. Only this computer wont log in.
I have been talking through im and Yahoo with some of these other poeple who have the same problem and MY ACCOUNT IS NOT DISABLED, hell im on it right now, but on my wifes computer, so got any other ideals!!!!!!

Its not the internal IP i looked it up. if it was the internal IP i wouldnt be able to log on SL on another computer or even surf the net. Ive never even been reported in game for them to block my account from my computer. ive called Several Times and never get a reply back. and its NOT my ports they are open. its NOT my video card cuz it was checked. its NOT a virus because my computer was reformated last night to which i LOST everything and NO i am not on wireless. so its not a router issues or a wireless issue or a virus issue.. and NO its not my firewall it is shut off..sighs and my internal IP was changed so NO its not that either. one last thing..NO its not a norton virus program i dont even have that on my computer or any other protection.. because i was made to clear my computer thinking it was my fault. Not to mention another video card was ordered and probly wasnt even needed just costed money.


Im not to happy.. can you blame me? but seriously after it just costed me money now..at least i can AT LEAST get a phone call back to help with the problem. totally feel ignored.

You need to get a New Modem from your Cable Company.

I have a linksys router, that has all ports open now
im running dhcp , that means that the router is giving me an ip address from its range
the router uses one ip address from the outside that is dhcp though the cable company
I have a differnt ip today than i did yesterday( I checked it)
so any other Qestions?

getting a new moden would be GREAT BUT... if it was REALLLLLLY the modem..then i wouldnt be typing this right now on another computer. my moden is fine. the moden has nothing to do with the internal IP's may be a girl but sure not stoopid

Just call 18008606990 Ext. 3. I called it just now and they had blocked me because of some e-mail. But they fixed the problem and my program is now up and running. Just make sure u call between 9am and 6 pm Pacific time.

The message "Second Life cannot be accessed from this computer..." means that Linden Lab has blocked access from your computer to our servers.

We place the blocks when accounts are "held" for serious issues. Of course, anyone else trying to log in from that computer is blocked also.

I'm ALSO having the same problem, the night before, we had a HUGE storm, and all the power went out, and then when it came back After the storm i tried to get on second life and got the same message!!

i'd love to call,but i can't i have work All throught them hours, and IF i called during my work hour.... you don't want to know what happen's next.

If i E-mail Linden Lab, would they still be able to give me access? or RE-Gain it on this computer?

No luck with live help, no luck with calling. They're busy, and live help says to call. What a convenient time for me to take my vacation.

Yeah, I'll just wait. I don't know what you're going to do, Emily. Like I said, email/live help will just tell you to call. You could try calling on break, but I'm almost positive they're going to be busy, and you can't let them call back while you're working.

Well new error! Now instead of the can't log in from my computer its we don't know what happened or something like that. its like due to unforseen circumstances I can't be connected and etc. But it tries for like 10 mins before doing that. =\ Anyway hope they fix this soon.
