Torly you are most likely getting tired of me and I'm sorry but I need this resolved.

I tried Mozilla firefix and transactions pages will not load in that either, not even the top of the page will begin to render. And even if it would the dowload link for .xls files doesn't work for large volumn transactions either.

I tried using a constructed URL (yes while logged in) and get "This page can not be displayed" ... so even if you have or have constructed the URL for a download link, if there are too many transactions you can not even download the .xls file.

So

1. A user can't view transactions
2. A user can't download transactions
3. A uer has no access to thier transactions

Here is the link for yesterday's download .xls sheet (of course you must be logged in):

https://secondlife.com/downloads/transactions.php?date=1143014400

For me -- No can do ...

I have no access to my daily transactions. How can we resolve this? Should I just send a daily email to support to have them send me an attached .xls file via email every single day? Can I just have this automatically sent to me every day at midnight?

Not having access to my transactions is simply unacceptable.

There has to be a solution. Have someone log in as me (yes I know someone down there can do that) and try to get yesterday's transactions. Let me know what luck you have.

Thank you very much! OMG you are getting tired of me I just know it!

At this point, Chilly--let's look at some simple things. Does this happen on your one computer, or others you've tried with too? It sounds like something may be interfering, like an adblocker or something else intercepting the data and not showing it properly. If you're on Windows, maybe try setting up a new username and logging into that, fresh.

What I'm going to do is move this to Technical Issues to discuss further, and see who else has been experiencing the exact same problems as you. Your previous posts on this are:
It'd be well worth testing on other computers--security precautions apply of course. You can also contact support again with the latest status of this. I don't know what else to try but let's not give up hope on you being able to see your transactions!

It's not security settings

I've tried different computers at different locations. It has nothing to do with security settings, it's simply when the volumn of transactions (number of rows) is quite large.

Did anyone at LL try logging in as me and downloading for the download date/URL I provided? I would like to know what your results were?

To sum it up:

I can not view transactions at the end of a day.
I can not dowload transactions at the end of a day.

==

I have no access to my daily transactions after they grow too large in volumn (which is happening almost every day).

How can you not supply me with a method to view ALL of my transactions?

As far as the spreadsheed download failing via direct URL, that would have nothing to do with browser capabilities, any size file should be able to be downloaded.

I imagine this is not a static file which actually exists on disk or there would be no problem downloading it. I imagine you are just generating this dynamically on the fly and response.writing out with an extention of .xls

If this was a static file there would be no download problem. I would imagine your code which is generating the output for this download is having a problem with a large returned record set and not writing anything out to the request.

If you would try the example I have provided you should be able to confirm this.

I truly need and should be supplied with a method to view ALL of my transactions ... not just the ones that happen early in the day.

Please help.

Anyone else having the same problem as Chilly? Please post here!

I'm going to ask to see if there are any further insights into this.

Also, Chilly--if you haven't sent in a bug report about this yet, please do so, and you can include a link to this thread. Just to make sure!
