As many know if you have a large number of transactions in a day the transactions web page will not load. This is very concerning as there is no other place I know of to review my daily transactions. How do I know if a glitch in SL system didn't accidently add or remove L's from my account for instance without a transactions history? Can this be fixed with paging on a per row basis (rows per page) or even a spread sheet download? Anything at all would help here. I think this should be logged as a high priority bug.

How can one trust an in world economy when they have no way of seeing what happened to thier L's during transactions?

Are there any know work arounds?

Thanks!

There are some times this had to do with a slow web browser, Chilly. It's a good idea to experiment with different web browsers.

Inshort, if the webpage doesn't fully load--that doesn't mean your transactions are lost! I know how unwieldy a very long daily transaction list can get.

For your convenience, there ARE .xls spreadsheets downloadable. To get one, on the corresponding Transactions page, just look for a link that looks something like:
Download (Mar 20, 2006)
You can back it up this way.

The website is a "translated" display of the actual data in our servers. Should you think there be any discrepancies, you can certainly contact support@secondlife.com or call support to verify on an account-specific basis. The probability of that happening is extremely slim, and would likely affect others noticeably too!
