I have spent $300 on upgrades trying to get into SL and now I am getting the Domain Name error [userserver.agni.lindenlab.com] when logging in. I have contacted tech support but got no reply, I wrote them again today. I have already purchased a premium membership which so far I have not been able to use. They will be charging me again in a few days for November. If it can't be fixed I guess I will just cancel the membership and muddle through my first life  Hopefully you can give me some advice.
