Getting into SL that is. Since the updated, she can't get any farther than Verify Protocol. Someone, please help her!
We want our Willow ingame. People will be deprived of seeing her dance nakie on a desk if we can't get her connected.
She's got XP. both service paks, and is on a draytek router.

Oh..might wanna empty out your Windows temp folder as well as the Sl cache folder under Documents and Settings/<your user name>/Application data/SL/cache...or something like that..

Hadn't thought of that ! Windows temp indeed !!! Any of the windows/IE cache folders being crapped up full could cause a hang on any type of SL cacheing going on, I had that happen once.

A Willow free SL is no SL at all! BRING BACK OUR WILLOW! NOW! Hon, have you tried swapping between Home and Last Location? Try each, then alternate if it freezes - sometimes I get a borked last location OR home and can only swap to get in. Failing that, have you tried from a hyperlink? Ya know, like secondlife://krittannia/100/100/ ? Here's hoping something gets you back to us soon |

Sounds like a firewall/router problem. Try disabling the firewall if you use one to see if that works. You might want to reset your router.

If you're using XP, try running (in a command prompt window):
ipconfig /flushdns then maybe try this one netsh int ip reset log.txt then reboot and see what happens? I assume it's only SL that's giving you a problem? _____________________
