I think they are just a victim of their own success to a degree, their customer base has expanded far quicker than their support can adapt and grow to meet it.
They weren't much good at customer support in 2004, either.

I tried to clear the cache, I tried to reinstall, I even tried firstlook - nothing!
Might it be that the problem is just not on my side but on Linden's?

Have you tried using an slurl or web link to force you to log in from a different location than where you were last?

Might not help, what with the error message you mentioned... but if there's a problem with the sim you were in and how it relates to you, it could be worth a shot.

That's an idea i will try thanks...
Uhm... loading SL from an SURL just made the client crash... will try again...
Nope.. in vain aswell. Got the same error but at last not with the picture of the last scene I was in anymore. Although that didn't help at all

I don't know what to do now... starting from scratch? Treating the money I just payed as for the rubbish - ignoring that I just lost an inventory with contents I don't want to count what I payed for not to mention my own scripts and projects?
LINDENS I LOVE YOU (not)!
Thumbs down
