Ummmm the grid is up why cant I get in?

mananged to log my 1st computer on the min it came up.. others are having problems tho.. having got any messages ingame tho about a problem

I can't seem to see the usual anouncement from a rep of LL thats relaying updates either. Im i just not seeing it?

Ohhh wait most LL took the day off and are playing sims hahahaha


I request LL not to do any updates for a long period of time and just fix what is wrong with SL first.

The Funny thing is, is that dispite this trouble of loging in (<-- check my time of post, still cant get in), and all these posts in this forum, not 1 person from Linden or Support has come on to even talk to us, This is fine if it was free, but I am sure there are thousands of Premium customers who are paying to enjoy SL. We should expect some follow up from Linden,

People are logging on LOL just not us rofl. I gotta tell you all I love the costomer service LL offers. Do you know the day that they informed us of the fact LL servers were hacked, for 4 days my I couldnt buy or sell lindens because I kept getting an error notice, along with a few other people. So I write LL tech. support and I get a form letter insisting that it was not a form letter that it was written in direct responce to my concearn and yet the letter had nothing at all in any way addressing my letter to them. I would rather they admit that there is a problem and even say they dont feel like dealing with it rather then blow smoke up our arses. I swear they truly think we are mindless sheep.

i'm in! woot! Only three hours wasted (on top of the 8 hours it was meant to take)

No he did not...just said they were working on it...same platitudes as always.

i try to just look at my transaction history on the site and i get teh grid status page.

That's it, once I DO get on I'm puting my land up for sale and cancelling my Premium account!

This darn bottleneck is getting cramped and laggy, come on outa the way I wuz here first.

This happens every update, it's just the server gets bottlenecked with all of you trying to login at the same time. It's extremely annoying, but do not fret. Just keep attempting every few minutes or so, and you'll be able to do so.

Suprise! They actually updated the page with something we all knew anyway. Critical issues from release deployment... QA is definately NOT in the loop on these "Updates" .......
