I think it all comes down to money and experience. People who can afford it (or have access to it through work, etc) would prefer Photoshop any day, while others chose PSP because it's much cheaper. From what I can tell, PSP is very good at handling things that this game would require, but it comes down to the level of experience of the user on whether what is made is any good or not. I use Photoshop just because I've been using it for 10 years now, so it's all second nature for me.

Hi!
This is a frequent topic of discussion on these boards. You can find some of the old threads about it here, here, here, and here. There are lots more, if you Search for them. What it basically comes down to is; you can use either one, or several other programs not mentioned (Adobe PS Elements, the GIMP, and so on,) to make clothing for Second Life. Some people prefer one, some another, as you might expect. Some people are very emotional about their preference, once again as you might expect. ![]() If the over-riding criteria is cost, then go with the GIMP, which is free and works on the PC, on Mac with X11, and on Linux. _____________________

is the GIMP a free DL, if so happen to have a nice link for the sleepy me? Yes, it's free. The link is (guess what) www.gimp.org If you want the GIMPshop plugin, which makes the interface more like Photoshop's, you can get it from http://plasticbugs.com/index.php?p=241 And if you don't like those links for any reason, just google for gimp and/or gimpshop, and you'll find lots of other sites also hosting the downloads (35 million hits for gimp and 568,000 for gimpshop). _____________________
