From: Osgeld Barmy apparently not if you cant find the cutting utility's Well thanks for all your comments! Not to be rude to some people.. but i didnt ask for you to opinionize me, i asked which program was better.. not " am i stupid cos i missed 1 tool" I no psp perfectly well and yes i did miss the pen tool, but not everyone gets everything straight away, it takes time of course to learn to use any imagining program, Other then the Pen that i missed, im pretty cool with PSP, i no how the alpha's work, i no how layers work, i no how the effects work etc. So please dont judge me telling me i dont no how to use a program because i missed oen thing out. But of course, were all entitled to our opinion. Yeah i understand when i first get Ps its going to take a while to learn the in's and out's but i have patience and time, and am a pretty quick learner, i seen Blaze's sticky so ill be reading through all the tips and tricks and tutorials, naturally. Thank you all for your comments, and thank you chosen few, for telling me hands down which one is the best

I like PSP much better than Photoshop or Photoshop Elements which is what I use now. They don't make PSP for Mac or I would still be using it. To get a perfectly rounded area, I used the circle selection tool and just filled it all in with black paint. Just extend the circle into the part of the clothing you want cut out. The rest of the circle doesn't matter... (ETA: If you meant cutting out part of the alpha channel, or the part that gives the clothing its shape. If that makes sense. I am not used to making clothes for SL but this is how I did it for other things. It is the same idea. Just use the circle kind of the bottom half of the circle where you want the round collar. Paint it black and that part is gone.) Hope that helps. It's good for if you have a shaky hand and try to use the free selection tool which can be a pain to get exact.
