I've been designing and building custom motorcycles for SL since version 1.0 I took a long break but now I am back, and have built a preliminary shop with a series of vendors which have about 6 bikes for sale, as well as a host of clothes, sunglasses helmets and more. I have the SL disease of wanting to build everything though I am trying to confine myself to the bike shop and hired work.

I am a texture designer, a builder and a budding scripter. My bikes scripts are created by the legendary Garth Fairlight and there simply isnt a better riding bike in SL. Many of the bikes seat 2 properly and even let your passenger switch into the driver seat if you accompany them

I would love some commision work and feel there is nothing in i can't model/build/texture. I am yours to command! (for a a little L$ of course)

I am hoping (time permitting) to put up a website with my work shortly - a catalogue which will mirror whats available from vendors in-world.

Style: I'm still finding a style. Definately some punk influences...I guess dorky-cute-punk...so weird al, sanrio and black flag? I have done some t-shirt designs with original artwork of funny punk animals. I'm also playing around with costumes. I made a suit of armor that needs a little tweaking. It's an entire skin. I'm also working on a male skin body.

Specialty: I hear that the men need more options...so I would like to design mostly for them, but I do like designing for the ladies every now and then as well. Because I am still working on my style I would love to get special orders from people.


Plans for the future: Right now I work full time at my day job and work on comics in my spare time. So for the time being my goal is to come up with one design a week. I want to work on improving my computer drawing skills. And I definately want to get custom orders from people to give me ideas on what to make. IM me if you are looking for something in particular.

I've been doing graphic/web design and photography in RL for a living for 15 yrs + and I do really enjoy designing clothes.

Designing is half the fun, it's VERY gratifying seeing people wearing your clothes and enjoying them... I can only imagine what it must feel like to design RL clothes! I'm working my butt off to get them as perfect as possible and I'm very satisfied with my efforts so far, considering that I've been in SL for not even 5 months.

I have been adding items every day and soon I'll have a fully stocked store!

I'm actually working with a partner now, and we're going to be building houses and other items starting next year. We're in the process of creating a club. After the club is finished, we'll be concentrating on making houses and buildings. We colaborate on the design, he builds and I create the textures.

Clothing wise, I have just started with a line of authentic Victorian Bicycle outfits (I sell pennyfarthings and unicycles as well), Walking Dresses and an Underdress. My current project is a "Master and Commander" Captain's outfit (based on an original Post-Captain's uniform)

In general, I think the field of Victorian formal wear is quite saturated with very talented people already, so I plan on continuing to focus on Active Wear for Women and Spiff Uniforms for men (really, let's face it, fellows look rather good with Gold Braid and a Determined Look).

Future ambitions include Swim Wear and House Coats.

Specialty: out of the ordinary skins, avs, clothing - mostly scifi related.

Plans for the future: Most of my current work involves skins - I'd also like to progress more in to the clothing end of things. I've also been spending more time working on textures for personal builds as opposed to things for sale. SL is mostly a venue for teaching myself about texturing - that some of my products bring a small return is icing on the cake.

Varied. My skins include recently released flesh toned skins called "Basic Flesh" (upgraded from my first flesh toned version). This is the first in a line of standard human tones that will have subsequent releases with various makeups. I also have skins for Star Trek alien races, namely Andorian and Orion females. My clothing is a mix of costuming and conventional wear. My most popular work so far has been in the Star Trek themed lines. I do however have plans to update and greatly suppliment my more conventional lines which will be geared towards casual wear, gowns and dresses, sexy club wear, latex and intimate apparel. I also sell eyes.

Current Projects:
I have a couple going on. Adding makeup options to the "Basic Flesh" female skins. Currently all my skins are female and I'm making male versions of the ones produced. I'm working on a Vulcan skin. I'm building a large central store on Neko Winter Island.

Future:
I've been doing this for about a year now and slowly but surely built a good base business. I'm now ready to take it to the next step. Since December I've decided to put as much time into Auryn's Skins and Clothing as is possible given an RL job and classes. My regular customers have already noticed a big change beginning with the remarketing of my store from "Skins and Clothing by Auryn" to "Auryn's Skins and Clothing" complete with a logo and signage overhaul. As alluded to above. I will open a large central store in Neko Winter Island. I'll be updating and supplimenting my current clothing lines and adding a sorely needed male line and greatly suppliment my more conventional lines which will be geared towards casual wear, gowns and dresses, sexy club wear, latex and intimate apparel. I have also some small builds and learning to do animations that I may eventually put on sale as well.

Long Term Goal:
Learning prim hair, building my knowledge of prim shoes and creating a line of shapes to fulfill virtually all avatar needs. Final store title would probably be Auryn's Avatar Needs (ironic, I know )
