100% positive experience thus far with Hiro Queso and i have no doubt it will continue. I had an issue with the dimensions of the first plot I rented from him. He promptly made suggestions for relocation and did his best to make sure I was happy and accomodated. I cannot imagine renting from anyone else after this great experience.

To be fair, I talked with Alliez about renting from them also. Alliez was one of the nicest and sweetest people I've had the pleasure of talking to. She was very helpful and even gave me a personal tour of the sim.

In the end I went with Hiro for several reasons. The main one being method of payment. With Hiro Queso there was no up-front cost and the option of paying rent directly with $L was exactly what I wanted.

I think i have the best landlords in SL... Alliez Mysterio and Tony Beckett have helped me so much, i dont know what id do without them

i remember Hiro Queso as a kind man with humour when I and my X hired an island by him...

I live in meadowbrook and crucial armitage is very very friendly and comes to help if needed right away. she is the best landlord in my opinion

He has been nothing but helpful to me. When I was first toying with the idea of leaving the mainland for good, he was upfront and honest with me. Never once was he pushy about making my decision.

Then when I had crazy issues in the sim with chairs that ejected you REALLY high up when you clicked on stand up, he was right there to help get it fixed.

When I wanted to move due to annoying neighbours and splitting up my business from my house, he helped me to find the perfect plots of land that would work for me.

Even after telling him that I was going in on a private isle with another one of his residents he was nothing but excited for us. Not to mention instead of being annoyed at our leaving he was helpful with any questions we had with the ins and outs of sim ownership.

To me, Hiro was not just my landlord but a good friend

While I have never rented from Alliez, the few times that I have spoken to her she has been nothing but friendly.

I love my landlords to death and back. Nothing in The World All Hail The Central World could move me from the core sims to any other landlord's domain. I even plan to keep renting my current land after the package is shrinkwrapped and I'm hosting my own grid.

Of course that'll be populated by academic support sims so not available for people to rent land for housing et cetera. In fact, I think a person or company will be hard pressed to offer LL competition in the homemaker world market for quite a while. So I'll be sticking with my Linden landlords for the duration.

Had good luck with Schwanson Schleigle . Currently renting from azure and having no problems. Adam and Nexus keep some strange hours though.

I like Azure Islands, and would recommend them to anyone. The commercial sims are so well laid out and realistic.

I haven't tried any others so I can't compare, heh.

Right now we have some projects on the go, such as linking Lyra by road to the rest of the Isle, and getting the monorail in the commercial sims working again. We are also in the process of upgrading all the roads to a single standard.

We take great pride in the aesthetics of the Isle, and go to great lengths to ensure land that is not resident owned is somewhere people would want to be.

And now i remember a really good thing - prob the best.. - He answered IMs.. talked to me.. answered question.. we had a short contact but i felt it was a contact.. and he has humor!

Keep that in mind when you search for land. . what service will you get when the business are settled.. what rules/authory will you live under...

I am sure it will be the same in al kinds of business in SL. No or bad service = people will leave/ stop shop and get angry/sad...

Good customer service (quality, listen, contact and feedback) and - yes business will be great...

I had a security issue with my home... random psycho people would just barge into my house WHILE my land was locked... I assumed it was a land problem and not my security system...

HELP LANDLORD to the RESCUE!! Not only did Tony and Alliez come to help immediately.. but they helped me with an issue that had nothing to do with the land... HOW SWEET! Tony read my security system manual... helped me with some steps I needed to fix and voila... Psychos Be GONE!
