Ok I have been in SL since September 2005. I have survived many many updates and so have we all. However, IMHO I still think LL needs to stop adding all these nice to have and new ideas and get fixed what is wrong with the system. Phil has stated over and over again that his goal is to have a platform where commerical business can use SL as an online base. Well, If I were a commercial company I would want a platform that is stable and works when I want it to work. As it is right now there are still a lot of bugs in the system. Don't get me wrong, I have searched and searched and searched for another program. I am not a vendor or creator (at least not yet) so for me this is a "game", entertainment for me. I use SL for relaxtion and stress relief from the everyday RL stresses, so I keep looking for something better....I am here to tell you with all the current bugs SL is still the best there is out there.....however, I would like to see them concentrate on fixing what is broken before they introduce a new concept or idea, or tool. Look at the problems with the current update. Last night at 8:30 PM East Coast time, I was using a dance pose ball with my gf, I was animated on my screen and she was still...on her screen we both were animated...another bug....I have a HUD device which is now inoperative since the last up (as of the same time)...another HUD device that tells me who is in the area and distance doesn't work...distance do not change....these are items I bought so I could use them....again fix the bugs before new times are introduced to the platform.
