From: Dmitri Polonsky Even though it is only verbal in chat, the participants are actively and directly engaging in the act through intent, and with a minor that is illegal. This is NOT Europe, or China or some third world country, but the USA and we do care about our children for the most part, and how life treats them. People in Europe, China or some so-called third world country don't care about their children like the US of A citizens do? Did I read this correctly or am I hallucinating again?

The interesting is the name he chose is definitely of eastern european ancestry. I think sometimes people get tunnel vision towards their own country and lose sight of the fact that humans have lived on this planet a very long time, all across the globe- A political affililiation doesnt make you suddenly more human - or make you morally superior to anyone else on the planet. Dimitri - Even though in some countries sexual exploitation of children is publicised by the western media (such as in Bancock,Thailand / Or in Moscow - Ive read pieces on both so they spring to mind) It doesnt mean the people there care any less for their children. Actually, statistacily, children are more likely to be sexually abused in the United States than either one of those countries.

From: Kristian Ming They did. There's no verification whatsoever for main grid accounts. Hasn't been for nearly 2 month. Thank you for playing. Its sad but true. No ID verification at all anymore for the adult grid, You know what the silly thing is? Teen grid you need credit card or cellphone or bank card to make a account. So now that its so easy to get into the adult grid all the teens are coming in. its harder for a teen to get in teen grid then the adult grid. Thats kind of backwards from what it should be. I still think it should be some kind of Verification for both grids needed, not just on the teen grid.

Colette, that is maybe the most intelligent comment I have ever seen in these forums. You have my respect. Yes, and children in the US of A, are sexually abused at world record rates. There is nothing like someone's ethnocentrism to muddle this non issue.

From: Lewis Nerd This is one of the many good reasons for avoiding all 'escort' services within SL; you never really know who - or what - you are getting intimate with.
With any 'cyber sex' encounters, it is very easy to be misled by the person on the other end.
Lewis sounds like someone knows firsthand... *snrksnrksnrk*
