WTF? Is *everything* me?

On a side note - Cocoanut Cookie is YOUR alt - and in the above message you're trying to goad a response from me for some reason.. .which is Trolling.

So I guess it may depend on who you are and who you're doing it to.. unless you get a warning or something.

Gee, I don't know why it's about me, Siggy, maybe it is because you keep making it about me by putting my quotes in your signature, despite the fact that I've asked you not to.

You just don't get to do something to me, actively, constantly, then claim I am the one clamoring for the attention. I wish you would STOP giving me the attention. I don't put your quotes in my signature to irk and harass you.

If you ask me, it's you who wants my attention. Rather desperately.

coco

Edited to add: I reread and see that you were actually asking why everything was about you. Well if you don't want me to talk about your harassing me in your signature EVER SINCE I HAVE BEEN IN SL then I suggest you stop doing it.

Well, when i first seen this, i was sorta happy;when i first started i wasn't so happy about putting my credit card info on a website. if someone finds out your password they can easily log on and charge a whole bunch of lindens, go on your account ( in game) then easily pay their account . i guess i'm happy with it, besides the rude Newbies, but then and again, There was always bad ones out there to start with.

Lets see - you just said 'trolling with an alt' -did you not? And out of the blue that means anyones alt must be me?

As for the quote - I can put anything I like in my sig line - you don't get a say in that - sorry. And you haven't asked me to take it out... and if you have you certainly didn't use the 'magic word' - which I'm sure someone as sweet as yourself would never fail to do.

So it stands - look up 2 or 3 posts folks - although you'll see the twistings of an anaconda to change 'the meaning' of what's been said - it don't change what's actually being said.

Go back to the playpen till you come up with some new games - I ain't biting..

and heres a side note:

That aint been in my sig line every since you've been in SL - not even all the while cookie has been.

If it were - how were you able to take such indignation to the one that said 'c-word' (quite literally c-word)?

Well no reason I should ignore coco, she entertains me. Just pointing out that you can't harrass the willing.

No, Siggy, I didn't mean the one who made my name is you. Thought didn't even occur to me. I meant - is it OKAY to do this to people, like it is apparely OKAY for you to harass me in your signature for a year.

No, you haven't had that quote in your signature the whole time; you used to have a different one.

Please take the quote out of your signature line.

Sorry, I leave the forums for long spells and missed you evolving into this amused phase. Your comment caused me to recollect a more frustrated period, I guess. Glad your past that; nothing is worth getting worked up over. :)

A friend, knowing that I had Coco on mute, PMed me to say I needed to read this one entry. I was of two minds... continue to ignore, which pleases me greatly but allows a warping of the intent of my original statement, or reply and get entangled again in drama. I guess I must have some lingering addiction to forum drama. A sad character flaw. ;)

Glad to see you back, we missed your posts. Are you still doing the Detroit NPR in the morning in world? I've been keeping such messed up hours since I moved back from Belize that I lost track.

I've been at the amused phase for quite awhile. I had Coco on mute while I was moving internationally and then cross country. That was a really stressful time. I put a couple of folks on mute just so I could stay focused. These days, I'm much more settled in and can enjoy the vageries of the forums without taking it personally.

If it was harrassment, LL would have stopped it, a long time ago. Just because you say it, does not make it so, in fact the opposite is quite true.

No, this is one of the most terrible mistakes

Alrighty, I do not agree with this! Seriously what put this in their mind. Secondlife popularity has increased rapidly. Before people could always get free accounts, so its not because of that, it's because of all these kids coming in thinking this is a great game to play, or some horny teenagers. I live with my mother and two little sisters, and one afternoon I noticed my sister playing SL! She is only ten years old, and she figured out how to get onto SL. Any little kid could read and put in a phone number and fake birthdate, so what the hell there will be so many kids looking around looking at *Mature* areas. You may think this is stupid, but think about it. By the time I started using computers I learned how to download quickly...so that means others could to at a young age. Havn't you noticed all this new players who can't even spell words right? It is no typo, they need to fix it!

WDET is playing at the diner in Cincta and in the Big Easy & Biloxi sims as well, I believe, but I'm not there for Morning Edition. I'm in the process of moving irl myself which has reduced my leisure time, at least until I get down to only one house (and mortgage! :( ). Cincta will be gone soon and I'm hoping to work towards a more urban skate park in Portage based on Hart Plaza with the diner evolving into a tribute to the Elwood Bar & Grill. Hopefully I'll get to it in less time than it took them to move it from Woodward to Adams. :p

What a scary thought. But you are right, any kid could do it!

Well truthfully...you cannot stop teens from comming into second life ....all the mafia familes that came from tso came with their kids ...they just make accounts for them...so im not concerned anymore for the teens in this game than i was in tso....parents should be watching their children...its all over the news all the time how older people stalk these kids...i dont ever want to see a child hurt but protection starts in the home....My game concern is the overload...I build and right now i have walls that seem not to exist...walls move from there locations...the lag is horrible....now i have noobs just thinking they can drop in and build on my land....which is no big just sit 5min go back ....but what it all comes down to.....and what we all know.....Linden Labs owns this game ....and to freaking bad what we think....LOL....and so what if we leave there will be plenty to replace us....so love it or leave it.....im here until i can no longer move in the game ....

i definatly voted no

the reason i liekd this game so much is that it was 18 or older and yes under the old system the occasional teen could play with na accoutn someone made for thme but it wasnt this wide spread rush of themm bevause that involved adults allowing them to play this with this the parents never have to know. since this has gone thru ive been inundating with more tells that read like ur so kewl want to have 5ex in one day than ive gotten the entire time time played. you dont wanna do a credit card fne but there has to be some form of age verification

I voted no. Not because of the underagers, but because of the idiots. Last thng we need is more retards that can't even act intelligent or type beyond a 1st grade level. The moment someone talks to me like this "Hi u liek 2 com 2 party" "?" *sends TP* I mute them!

Troubles every which way.

The teen grid is now a perverts parradise, SL is now no mroe different than any other system. No way to keep trouble out an no way to ensure that who you are talking to is an adult. I know adults that sound like kids and 12 year olds than can out type me.

Allow my kids on Teen SL? Not a chance. Who going to ensure they are safe?
