1. This is the forums-accusing people of causing drama is like handing out a speeding ticket at daytona.

2. The notion that capitalism is a good thing is entirely subjective and open to debate. thus perhaps your post was not exactly pointing out a good thing in SL, but pointing out something you thought was good. This is the forums, posting your opinions is like consent to have others tear them apart, with varying degrees of success. If you want to glad hand the Lindens, without eliciting responses you may not like, post it in Notices and Well wishes.

3. You have been around long enough to know the way things work, if it sickens you, I have some sympathy. But its the same sort of sympathy I have for a smoker with lung cancer-I am sad by the conditiond and would not wish ill on anyone, but part of me says you know the risks.

Until this idea of what the "norm" is in these forums, changes. There will be little to no hope for any type of dhrama free discussion. Period.

It doesn't have to be this way, but it is percieved exactly so.

I agree with Jake and Frank.

Its so rare that I actually read these forums and see anything POSITIVE posted. So, I will be the first to do so.

The Lindens should be praised and lauded for their continued progress on making SL a world-wide capitalistic zone. Regardless of what nation you log into SL from, be it red, pink, white, or green - once you step foot in SL you have entered the world of capitalism!

To this end, I think that LL is doing the entire world a service by allowing all those to enter to see the benefits of capitalism. (And also to become acquainted with how it works) I hope that LL catches the eye of the United Nations or some other international philanthropic organization and is awarded some sort of Freedom Commendation.

Ok, thats all - LL please keep up the world-wide good work that you are doing!

It's odd that I would write words very similar to these, with sarcasm, to show my feelings for the way LL has handled their advertising focus.

What I dislike about the SL forums is that any positive post ends with drama and fraudulent accusations.

I started this post to point out the good things about SL and it has turned into a mudslinging fight.

Its sickening.

Well a fraudulent accusation would be a misleading statment about wrongdoing against another party.

Well. It's not misleading - its pretty straight forward, nor is it false.. its a true statement about the wrongdoing of another party.

Another word for this is - a fact.

PS. keep an eye on landsales - hope you like trout.
