Which is a horrible shame, as that's Pumpkin Pie (the gift of the gods) up there.

I'm pretty new, but since I've always dreamed of this sort of interface for the internet, I can't imagine myself getting bored. Maybe it will happen, but if my short attention span hasn't already been distracted by another shiny object, I doubt it ever will.

Perhaps it's simply that I loathe WoW, so I'm not sucked into that particular temporal black hole.

I get bored of the community in SL a lot with it slowly transforming into people who'd rather wear 9 pieces of 400L$ bling sparkling with intent to blind while sitting on a camping chair all day to pay for said jewelry, but even when they're off of it their responses are incoherent with "whle r u lmaooooooo )))". That or most people becoming obsessed with sex and clubs and don't allow much else to happen in the world.

Not that there's anything wrong with sex and clubs but if I wanted a sex game i'd of played Seducity.

But just about everytime I see an interesting new community or meet some intelligent new people I get a revived interest, even drama can sometimes make me interested again, anything different from the norm.

Though I don't think I could leave SL since I couldn't go back to MMORPGs and there's no other community out there like SL. Maybe when some other company releases one and they're in a community renaissance where everyone is a builder, scripter, animator, texturer, tailor, and is intelligent like SL used to be.

I havent been on long enough to get bored yet, but it might happen....I'll take a break and come back if so....

I get bored sometimes. The lack of real interaction between the alvatars adds to this.

I dpn't get bored - I'm too used to amusing myself. If YOU are looking for something to do enter the Still Life photo contest (rules notecard from poster at the Photog. Studio). I have been VERY bored with SL the past month or so, I can't even get motivated to do what I use to love... create and socialize... I have tried to do othr things to keep me interested in SL, such as volunteer to be a mentor or greeter and I was denied =/

Sometimes I do sure, but I take breaks. Usualy I like doing big big projects tho. So breaks are good. As time passes blamo something creative or moving or just damn funny strikes me and off I go again. SL is my creative outlet, and much neater than painting Love to build and bring those prims to life with textures and scripts. I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I once said I would leave SL when they pry my dead cold hands from the keyboard, yup thats true still I retain the right to take breaks

We ALL get bored from one time to another, its not the lack of something to do, but a lack of something you WANT to do. I am not the type who likes dancing in da clubs, but there's nothing stops me. I like seeing new creations in sl, from scripted objects to buildings and themed sims. Recently, both korriban nad new holsticse have departed from their jedi themes so it kinda sucks cause it was a nice place to view da scenery!

Now i hafta find a new place to hang out wiff friends, and poke peoples with a stick.

You wanna impress me meatbags? Make more games!! I want a turn based board RPG. Similar to Final Fantasy Tactics. YOu can break a sim down into blocks and have AV's dictate the classes. I heart RPG's!

Well I am fairly new at this game and umm I have a hard time finding things to do. Either look at porn (which I hate), shop and spend my Lindens, or go to clubs. OK What else can I do???? I own land and have built a house and decorated it, I don't want to design stuff as that is what everyone else does. So hmmm I dunno. roflmao! Well I will just wait on my hunny to come online to second life and we will go make a virtual baby or two.
