LOL What the hell? I joined SL: 11/14/2004 According to my forum join date, it's this month this year. Though technically this (or the post above really) was my first SL forum post, but I've been lurking on these boards for over a year. I guess maybe it factors in when you actually participate (post 1st message), and uses that as your forum join date. Well whatever I guess. Back to lurking.  |

Why the rolleyes? It worked for me. Doesn't seem to work anymore, but it did back then. I mention the debit card because the instructions say credit card, but a Visa or Mastercard debit card works just fine for getting accounts. A person might not try this if they took the instructions literally.

I have to admit I was confused on that one too, Lecktor - her answer wasn't snarky at all. I thought the same thing when I read Dianne's post. Many people have a credit card, and also a debit card - and many of those debit cards are Visa/Mastercard, thus usable in place of a credit card.
