(Not so much) Fun with Grim babies!

As the one who wrote the script I have to say that I am a little more than upset, while yes this script is not dificult to write. I have to say that the sucess of Grim babies is not the script but the work that grim and social have put into these babies. As to Nimrods experience from what I hear, though i was not able to be present for all of it due to a flaky hard drive she was sneaky, defensive, and rude. she hid, she had set her freinds baby down which is an odd thing to do with an attachment especially one that is not yours, she hid behind buildings out of veiw of the Grims, all and all I completely support the Grims behavior all they we attempting to do was to defend their rights to their product.

P.S. dont tell them Im not the gifted scripter they think I am they pay me well.

Yes, Nimrod reported the exploit to me. I in return asked her to return her babie and HUD, for a full refund, and a lifetime supply of free babies for reporting the exploit. She said “can I wait until tomorrow to return the babie?” I said I really needed it tonight, because of the exploit, and that she WAS the only one that knew about it, she said ok let me finish my game, I said sure no rush. She finished her Charade, and returned the babie and HUD, and was issued a full refund

I asked her if her friend had bought a babie, and she said that she had, so I said ok I will offer her the same deal (even though she didn’t actually report the exploit, a lifetime supply of babies, for her trouble) .

I messaged the friend, and explained my situation, and asked her for the babie back, she said “sure let me find it, my inventory is a mess lol” While I was standing there I put my view to Nimrod, who had wandered off behind a building, Nimrod then surprised me by placing the babie I was waiting for her friend to find, on the ground, behind the build, and right clicking on it (copying scripts?) her friend kept telling me “just a sec lol” and “still looking”. Social walked over to Nimrod who then took the babie up and sent it back to her friend. The friend then sent me the babie, the box, and all the note cards, but no HUD.
(I wont post my account information on her, because she hasn’t posted here, and if she would like to remain anonymous I think that’s in the ToS, just be sure that I have all the account history on this, and I have submitted that to the lindens). So I told her that I had to have the HUD to issue a refund, She said “I do not want a refund”, I said well I’d really like you to have a refund, but I cant do that without the HUD, and I cant give you the babie back in this condition. Nimrod then said that we shouldn’t be accusing them of these things, I told her no one was accusing her of anything, we just needed the HUD back to issue the refund. Her friend then said “I had the HUD thingy on, and now its not”. So I gave her a few search ideas (key words like grim, babies, HUD), but she said she didn’t have it. So I said that she should report that as a loss to the lindens. I know if I was missing an object I wouldn’t be too happy. So Nimrod went on about how we were accusing them, told us all about their building ability, or lack there of. Her friend came back with saying “the Linden said I probably dropped it” (we all know every Lindens first solution is clear cashe and restart), but I checked the land to see if she had any objects on Ear, she didn’t. So at this point, I have filed reports, spoken with them, looked into all the options I know to look into, and Nimrod was getting more then a little nasty, so yes I banned them. Her friend was not issued a refund, because she did not return the FULL product. She WILL receive a replacement babie, because hers was defective. No one ever was or ever will be ripped off at Grims. I stand by that. I don’t support theft of any kind, not even from myself.

In closing I will ask that no one sell a ::Grim Babie:: to Nimrod or her friend. I would also like to state, that I always have and always will support my product. I support any generation ::Grim Parent::. If you buy a series 1 babie at a yard sale, for 20,000 lindens, you can be sure of the fact that your product will be supported by the creators, as long as we are in the game.

Uh, no I NEVER said that Elphaba. I asked if I could have a free one because I had to return my baby before you, or the owner said anything about a refund.

Yes, Grim, I asked you where the clothing store was, and you said it was behind you, so I went to look for it. After that while I was away from you looking for the store she wanted me to check that it was bugged. She said she did not want a refund because we just wanted our babies.

And I actually wasn't behind the building, I was infront of it in plain sight.

Why didn't she just tell him she had sent the baby to you , instead of stringing him along saying she was looking and her inventory was a mess?

Better yet she could have just gave him the baby , im sure he was going to give her the same baby back with the correct permission's.

All of this could have been avoided, her sending you the baby instead of the creator?
That make's no sense, no matter how you dress it up.

I've gotten great customer service from them, my baby wouldn't work at first , I sent the baby and the hud back and got a new baby within a minute.

There's a cause and affect for everything, being deceitful caused an elevated situation and being banned and reported is the affect.

I know things look bad, but if I wanted to steal the scripts, I wouldn't have told him they were open.
