To the doubters:
No, putting someone up to posting this most definitely is not Compulsion's style. But that's ok. Keep beating the "zomg dont say anything good about ppl's stuff in the forum or everyone will think its alts" drum. Why on earth would anyone want to reccomend good stuff to folks anyway?

Not sure to be honest, I'm sure its a sold script. Basically it scans for sim boarders and turns your aircraft non physical for crossings.

This means instead of falling through the gound and your aircraft falling off world you instead get a few second pause while the new sim loads.

Unless I was flying WAY too fast I've yet to loose anything at a sim boarder while non phys.

Well if that is the case then I won't mention how perfect the PD Plug Suit is for flying around in this thing.

But only those, like yourself, who know Compulsion would appreciate that. In my opinion, your disdain for those who would see this as a marketing ploy is a little unfair. It happens a lot in the forums, and not knowing Compulsion, I can certainly see how it could be viewed as a marketing stunt. So what's the answer? Well I really don't know, it's a difficult thing to address, but I can certainly understand why some of the posters have expressed what they have from both 'sides'.

PS I have been accused of using paid shills, so I *do* appreciate several views here.

Wow that's something Fury! A craft and a half to be sure. ^.^

But, as one of those completing vehicle makers, might I point out that we're not terribly concerned about 'getting motivated' we've been motivated to create the absolute best, realistic, and optimally scripted vehicles we can for nothing more than pride in a job well done.

While welcoming what seems to be a lovely craft by your friend, well see? We're not worried too much, after all we've had the Steinar in production for about four months now. Smooth banking, realistic roll and pitch. VTOL capable, thrust-wash particle effects so you can kick up dust over land or water spray over those wonderful void sims.

Oh did I neglect to mention the working moving attack foils and retractable landing gear all controled from its own HUD attachment? That's right on its own self-rezzing HUD attachment you have easy access to airspeed, altitude, compass/artificial horizen, throttle display and even weapon state.

Wow, I guess it also slipped my mind to talk about it being armed to the teeth too huh? That's right 4 different weapons systems of our own design! 3 prim based weapons (rapid fire cannons with SL enabled damage-bullets, twin rocket launchers also SL-damage enabled to even a set of twin launching tracking missles, lock on AV or object and they'll track and go bewm naturally SL damage enabled as well!) and of course the CCC combat system, sensor hit point based so you can dog fight anywhere! Used by vehicle smiths through out SL.

Oh I also forgot to mention the nine colour presets? The new colour change system (where you chose your colour? with 80,000 possible colours to chose from). The engine sound volume controls? The guest pilot system where you can rez a copy of your Steinar for a friend, set them as authorized pilot and then tear after one another through the skies?

Optimally scripted for smooth flight, armed to the teeth for your enjoyment, lovingly crafted for the simple pleasure in the beauty of a fine line, oh yes, motivated a plenty thanks and thinking we're doing a fine job as well. ^.^

Not to mention our other massive catalog of equally lovingly crafted vehicles, from the new Armed Huey UH-1A to the AH-6J 'littlebird' with their hyper realistic and revolutionary flight script (think mouse look copters are unrealistic in SL? think so no longer! No standing on your head you move forward, the greater the pitch the faster you go!) built-in weapon systems and their own HUD attachments (with all the instrumentation you've come to know and expect from Phase5 craft). Remember when looking for spaceships, vehicles, helicopters, airplanes or steam-punk engines of flight, the word is Phase 5! But of course this isn't a commercial or retort to a thinly veiled commercial, just a innocent reply to add weight to the worthy notion of being anti-bully. ^.^
