Isn't this kind of already done with resmods?

The use of this isn't evenly done, but maybe it is a start to a better system?

Lets face it, its not a positive word! I know what you are thinking, that banning words is bad... but hear me out

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/strife

strife ( P ) Pronunciation Key (strf)
n.
1.)Heated, often violent dissension; bitter conflict. See Synonyms at discord.
2.) A struggle, fight, or quarrel.
3.) Contention or competition between rivals.

yes, it is one of the few words that rhymes with life which makes it a tool of bad poets and the uncreative everywhere, but this word does not fit into the corporate laboratory love machine

we need to be positive.

strife is not positive

strife does not fit in

strife is all about conflict

strife can dominate unfairly

strife is a bully

strife is a bad bad word

i am usually Mr free speech, but really, the forums would be much better off without strife

agree or disagree?

any other words you would like to see banned?

I am a bit confused, are you talking about the moderator?
