Thanks, Jauani! I knew my lists weren't comprehensive, and certainly didn't include much that happened before my time. (In fact, I think most of that WAS before my time, which explains why I haven't noticed as many carrots.)
Definitely the best among them had to be rescinding the tax on prims. If they ever brought that back, I would have nothing to enjoy! Nothing! I rez a gazillion prims just making one thing! And HOW COULD I FORGET P2P? That has to be the best thing, ever. coco _____________________

Also, it was L$10/prim to rez and L$1/week/prim for tax, if I recall correctly. Lighted objects were taxed at higher rates proportional to volume and prims at higher Z coords also were taxed at a premium.

Snapshot / postcard preview! Group land ownership! Freeze / eject! IRC style chat emotes! (/me does something) Revamped find directory! Email to IM! XML-RPC! Localized sound! Mute without restart! Custom gestures in inventory! Separate library for common items! 1 degree rotation increments! Rotation snap! Snap to grid! Event notifications! Land for the landless! AND They hired Bub! That's all off the top of my head. Not too shabby for 2 years when combined with the rest. People tend to forget time moves much faster in SL! -Flip _____________________

I have only been in world for a few months, but even in that short time things have been improving steadily. Fun to see that some things that I take for granted were once considered New & Improved.
