We need more sandboxes. That's what I think. We have the same amount of sandboxes we did when we had half the population. On the flip side maybe having not enough sandboxes is a way to get people to tier up and buy land so they have their own spots to work. We may never know. But there's not enough sandboxes.

I agree, I mean this is a place where we are supposed to create things. Not everyone can afford a whole sim for building. Plus the fact that people don't clean their stuff up and it sits there until they are wiped.
More people should = more sandboxes.

I want more combat sandboxes... with SHORTER NAMES!!!!!! Typing out Rausch (Combat Sandbox) Red Team HQ repeatedly is a pain when I'm programming missles of doom.

From: Ingrid Ingersoll We need more sandboxes. That's what I think. We have the same amount of sandboxes we did when we had half the population. More sandboxes and/or more frequent wipes. Half the time I see these huge (and often incomplete) builds that sit there for hours - completely unattended. (Sometimes taking up as much as 1/4 of the whole sim.) More frequent wipes might also clear out the people who res the same build, day after day after day.

I agree. Even my pleasant, quiet jaunts to the old Plum sandbox are no longer pleasant or quiet. I agree on a water sandbox too. DEEP water. I wanna test submersibles and stuff. ^^

I do need to add transparent walls to it so my platform so phyics enabled stuff doesn't 'spill out' and fall to the ground and/or splode. My Bad.

I have my own bit of land.. all 512m @ 117 prims. You know, it's just not enough, but unfortunately, I can't afford a tier up. More sandboxes, please?

Absolutely need more sandboxes. Could add three more right underneath Cordova et. al. I love tooling around to them to see what random things people build.

From: Ingrid Ingersoll sandboxi (the plural form) I agree with the more frequent wipes, and possibly an actual attendant at each sandbox(or designate) that can walk around deleting the crap item by item. Every time I go to Island Sandbox, even ten minutes after the wipe there are huge builds just hanging in the air or sprawled all over the ground doing absolutely nothing. IMO this is just about boys that want to show off how big their "thing" is. "Look at me! Look at me!" "Look at my gigantic spaceship!"Is it a coincidence that they are always long thin tubular spaceships or mighty tall towers? I think not. When I am there I always clean up after myself and delete everything before I leave because with me (as with most of the non-penile population) its about working, not a mating display.

Dwell will be DOA come March 31st. I can't see a land owner setting up public sandboxes for people to use out of the goodness of their hearts. Although the Learning Center has done this, as well as several other people and kudos to them. But we still need more.

From: StoneSelf Karuna di is dead march 31st. is dwell dead too? I don't think so, but what would be the point? Dwell for a business puts it higher on the Find listing, potentially generating more business. Dwell for a sandbox puts it higher on the Find listing, generating... what, exactly? More people to come in and fill up your land with prims? Unless you wanted to put vendors in your sandbox, I suppose. Anyway, I agree with the others: more sandboxes, please, or more frequent wipes. And a water sandbox. And more no outside scripts sandboxes -- if all you want to do is build, they attract fewer people and are less laggy.
