From: Tod69 Talamasca In SL: I'm a tall, thin walking corpse. Heh! I love zombies!! In RL: I'm 5'1" & 95-98 lbs. Still quite pale though! Anyone got some extra pounds they'd like to donate??? I'd like to reach 100 lbs before 40. I'd do a SL AV of me, but then I'd be accused of making a child Avatar If there was ANY way possible, I'd LOVE to donate about 10 lbs to the cause!!!

As long as you're not a member of Xcite! and work at the Barbie club.

My avatar looks a lot like me in RL, however I took the liberty to make the avatar a bit more curvacious and voluptious. I also designed my avatar to look about 35-years-old, when in RL I'm only 29.
Personality wise? Oh yeah.. big difference.
In SL, I'm an overly-nice, infinite-patience, eloquently-speaking, non-sexual, non-cursing lady who spends at least 80% of her time in SL mentoring new residents.
In RL, I'm a jaded, unfriendly, cynical, anti-social, short-fused, potty-mouthed, selfishly-hedonistic violent slut.
I know most people fashion their SL after their RL as a natural extension of themselves.. However, for me, my Second Life gives me a chance to live as someone different and pursue that which I don't have in RL.

From: Norman Desmoulins Hum... must be why there are so many female AV's being driven by men Exactly. This is nothing new though. Tomb Raider games didn't become hits because the games themselves were anything special. Most of them were pretty terrible games in fact. The franchise only became a success for one reason, because Lara Croft is hot, and guys enjoy having their own little hot chick who does whatever they want on command. She only gets better looking with each new incarnation as the graphics improve (while the gameplay actually worsens, hello, Angel of Darkness was gawd awful to play), and Tomb Raider games keep flying off the shelves. SL just takes it to the next level.

I have no skills at Slider-fu, so my face doesn't look much like me I'm afraid. I would like it to, but I seem to have no knack for it...

Depends on when you ask me. What I would consider my 'normal' avatar is a lot like me in appearance, but I swap around avatars a lot, sometimes I'm not even my gender anymore, or human for that matter. On the note of off-gender avs, I find it particularly hilarious when you encounter people who are like 'I'm a vampire, and I've had 87 kids (who are also vampires, or apparently will be when they grow up??), and no it's not strange that they're in Black Thong Mistresses because they're only kids sometimes!' and then think something as simple as gender-switching is odd.

From: Taco Rubio I tried to make my av look as close as possible to how I do in real life. hmmmmm.....I remember making your avie for you because you were that odd Uncle Sam creature, and I had not seen your amazing real life likeness at that time! I think it was on the night we bought butt plugs while dressed in our pajamas. Ah, the good old days, n'est ce pas?

From: Tatiana Sims So....are you just like your Avie or soooo not?!? I am totally not really Peruvian, or Brazilian, or Aztec, or wherever the hell it is I come from. Or a peacock. I got the gender right, though. Does that make me...weird?

~In SL, I'm 6'4" ~In RL, I'm 5'6"
~In SL, i'm about 40 DDD ~In RL I'm,,,,,,,,,,not.
Apart from Hight and the digital Boob Job, what you see is me.
As for personality. In rl, because of various unpleasant experiences in my youth i'm painfully shy, and rather agorophobic. I just stayed quietly in my room reading, or playing "The Sims" on my computer. One day, i saw an ad for "The Sims Online." and thought about it. Something there was attractive to me, so i Bought into it. Suddenly, I was Interacting with people again. and the Longer i was on Line, the more Outgoing i became. When i Moved to SL (Lets face it, TSO was a Dead End)I continued expanding my Horizons. I became more like i was Long ago before a series of unfortunate events (Real ones, Not the Books) made me Withdraw into myself. The Mask that hides the Faces of the people i am speaking to makes it More comfortable for me to Talk to them. As a Bonus from SL, I find i am becoming more Outgoing in RL, Something my Family has noticed, and remarked upon.
So, Yes,, with me, what you see IS what you get. I think I'm quite interesting enough without Reinventing myself.
Angel.

In RL, I look just like my SL av. Except I'm not quite as cartoony. And I'm slightly less short (5'4" . And I wear glasses. And my hair is different. And I wear a T-shirt instead of a blue jacket-vest with flared shoulders. And I wear shoes. And pants. And underwear. And I'm a human instead of a fox. >.> <.< ... But I do have blue eyes!

I 'act' the way I am on SL, nothing different there.
Obviously, I'm not a genderswapping fox/vixen IRL... Only wish I could have a tail IRL. But other then my AV itself, I'm completely me.
