Philip asked this question here and here but didn't include a poll. This thread is only meant to serve as a number generator. Please comment in the orginal thread(s).

I could care less....They annoy me, so I use my option to shut them off....but I don't want to take the right away from others who find them useful.

less government

I don't care about this issue. It's the height of banality when, in the midst of a botched 1.7 release, and when there are much more pressing issues surrounding Second Life development and useability, that Philip diverts attention with something so stupenduously inane.

Who? Philip? No, why? What have I missed?? :) I was talking about a general "midst" (whilst the problems 1.7 has introduced remain) not about this patch today. If that's what you meant?

*giggles* silly things people do in server down time. Guess useful info and the easy at which they can turn them completely off is annoying to some people *shrugs* Oh well LOL

Sorry, Moopf. I was asked this question in the other thread and wanted to make sure you knew what time it was, too. :p (If anyone ever really knows what time it is).

Well it says he posted it at 3.19pm GMT which is about 7.19am in the morning where he is, so that's hardly early (following on from what was said on that other thread).

Even though I posted my own suggestion I like the suggestions made by several other members as well. Mix-n-match ideas.

I don't care. LL has bigger fish to fry, in my opinion. Worry about tooltips later.

For me, it wasn't so much the answer I arrived at, as the process I went through.

This whole Hover Tip Poll was really a lateral koan to me.

who gives a flying @#$&^ about hover tips? um.. i mean bump 2?

Is there really any reason at all for this thread? Never mind bumping this nonsense.

How about fixing the sit bug on sim crossing introduced with 1.6? Hover on that a while. Maybe it's fixed now, though i doubt it.

How about making sound queueing work right and consistant? which it hasn't ever.

How about finding some ways to make this game perform half decent instead of accepting this near useless level of physics and script speed.

Hover tips. unf.

Some people like to do things other then chat and animate here. Too bad it's near impossible.

This game should be getting faster, better as tech advances. Instead it's kept at this shitty level and ganged up on servers.

hover tips. unbelievable.
