3. We need clear rules.
What are the rules? We don't know. We will never know. We are sitting on a forums that insists on calling itself PG, yet refuses to make it so, while reserving the right nonetheless to issue warnings to people for their use of language when they feel like it. WHILE making the whole thing mean something entirely different in the game.

There can be judicious and largely-self-consistent enforcement of nebulous rules which is the best I think we can hope for and which has been rather absent to date (speaking of the LL mods, not the ResMods whom I still assert are doing yeoman service under terrible condtions). People have an extremely well-honed sense of "violation of social contract" and dispensation of "justice" in the dark only amplifies people's doubts the about responses to such violations.
I do continue my support for the concept of "moderate well or get off the field". I know this has the net effect of wishing great pain upon (possibly) Cristiano, and even though he and I don't agree on many things, I have higher confidence in his moderation or delegation of such than I do the current "forum of record".
