Oh i understand that people in different time zones log on later than others, but whenever i log on really late at night (OK I'm a total insomniac) theres very few people on, in fact its hard to find anyone usually. So even though its always going to be inconvinient for someone I think its best to do it when it disrupts the least number of people possible.

The typical upgrade time for me is evening (I live in Australia), so that's my prime SL time gone of a Wednesday evening. Eh, but typical upgrade time is always Wednesday evening in the UK. Making it um...middle of the night Australia? |

They should have something up to entertain us while the grid is down, like streaming bad 80s movies or hardcore pornography or presidential address bloopers or something.
