But in this case teh makers of the "weapon" are also teh ones who make the laws and siad it was okay to use them. Right or wrong, LL says its legal, so they are the ones at fault.

I think that the existence of the feature is a good deterrent for potential greifers and/or greifer organizations.Sure griefers can still be a pita, anybody can, but they can't go quite as far up your tushie this way, and they know it
