I also realize that the left menu is getting a little large. I'll work on coming up with a better system for that in a bit.
Right now (thanks to a lot of help) I have a wiki (kwiki) in place running in the background. I've been able to successfully add and display the Constitution through mason (the back end that runs the website). Thus we'll be able to work on the wiki and then have it show up on the web page correctly formatted. As soon as I figure out permissions and logins I'll make the switch. Then members of the RA can modify the bills and laws sections themselves.
