Cool idea. Though since I started this thread, I've moved to a new sim, Celadon. I haven't set that building back up again yet, since I didn't really have anything constructive to do with it. Instead, I've set up all my best interactive builds: Timeplunge the theme ride, Deus Via the puzzle game, the Ghosthold Cemetery epitaph game, the musical physics instrument Marimball, and a second free apartment complex for the landless. What room remains is reserved for a new game I'm designing with Arito Cotton's help called AmalgaMates. When it's done, players will be able to pit little critters against each other in combat, then breed the best together to evolve them into better fighters.

But there are also some new and old purely architechtural touches around the Celadonia land, including some rather alien-esque bridges and a re-do of my first complete build in SL, a beach house with a truely twisted interior.

Swing by Celadon in the NW corner of the grid and look for the areas with the green, green grass... There's a ton to see and do there. :)

P.s. Some of the land in Kojin is still for sale. I've drasticly dropped the price.
