For me, if the building is only one level, I max out the height to 10 meters. High ceilings, 10 m walls. My store is like this. I place roofs because I like them if I can afford the prims. They are phantomed. For my build with more than one floor, the walls are 7 to 5 meters. And the rooms are 10x10 meters. My build in Butsu is tall. I don't know how tall exactly. More than 50 meters tall I think at least. I like curved walls and open doorways. Doors are only for privacy if I need it. But my style of building isn't relative to how actual buildings look though. It makes no sense really. Just cylinders and cubes.
