Where are you getting tier at .25? Elan rents tier at .5.

I rent tier from Elanthius Flagstaff for .25 per sqm per week. Not sure if the Elan you are referring to is the same Elan that I rent tier from.

I too get it for .25 and I have not been renting tier from him all that long, so doubt if he changed his rates that quickly

If you want to use a group to deed land to, make the group then bring in an alt, and make them an owner as well.

Oh ok. Didn't realize that. My group has two.

It'll have three if I ever remember to log my other alt in...

- But since that alt is on a basic account, I haven't been in a hurry.

It does mean my plan to delete my old account is on hold, at least until its premium expires and I can switch the alt to premium.

There was no buy in cost for premium. I paid the quarterly fee, and got the quarterly benefits. No added 'activation' cost that I saw.

Like everyone 300 L$ .. or 400 or 500..L$.. much better..

Anyway, you are STILL losing lots of money be paying to be a premium account.

I am LOSING MONEY in the same way that I LOSE MONEY when I go to the movie or rent DVDs or go out to dinner or go out to a play or go play mini-golf or .............

SL is entertainment, so if I feel that I am getting my dollars worth, then it is a good deal no matter what I spend and no matter whether I spend it for premium membership or for L$.

On July 26, 2009 @ 9:35PM PDT (SL time):

L$26,000 = US$100.68
L$20,800 = US$ 80.48
L$15,600 = US$ 60.48
