Oh okay, I understand that now, and that makes sense now that you have explained it that way. You should be aware, though, that virtually all of the nude beaches and similar places in SL are very sexually oriented, as are almost all of the places that feature nude AVs.

In all honesty, you may get accosted anyway for having a good looking av. It doesn't matter how detailed the bits are. Clothed, unclothed, doesn't matter. I had an alt get hit on by a guy who is a permanoob. Account started in December 06, ugly noob shape, and then walks up to her with an ugly, malformed, miscolored penis and starts talking about how sexy she is. It's going to happen if it's going to happen.

True Victoria, but I have found some that are peaceful, quiet and somewhat deserted. And surprisingly, not a lot of overt immediate come-ons. I search out more private ones, and the people there tend to be more of the "nudist" type. I certainly have run into that problem, but I'm pretty good at warding it off.

Awww, Elora, I'm not sniping at you. Really, you should have the skin you feel comfortable in. I just wanted to help get the conversational ball rolling, so to speak.

My own appearance in SL is FAR sluttier...er, make that, "more exotic"... than in RL. I'm doing my very best to silently shout "Notice me!" without, I hope, crossing the bounds of good taste.

Sometimes when I'm at home alone and dressed in jeans and a T shirt, I wonder why I do that. I think it's maybe a combination of things.
- I like adventures. SL is an opportunity for safe ones, so I invite them.
- I like attention (who doesn't?)
- I like meeting new people. Being attractive makes that easier.
- I don't *always* like getting hit on...but mostly it's fun...and it at least gives me a chance to exercise self restraint and say "no".
- I like surprising people. Even in SL, a lot of people instinctively assume that hot babe=dumb broad. It's fun to stick a pin in their stereotype.
- It's a lot easier to be glamourous in SL than in RL.

But a couple of my good friends have much more restrained appearances, in shape, skin, and clothes...and they get lots of attention, too. So the bold approach isn't the only workable one.

Strangely, some people are bothered about skins without "naughty bits". I was wearing nothing but a fur skin, with no visible genitalia, or even nipples, at a Mature rated >>large and famous clothing shop who shall remain nameless<< Within a minute or two, I was told by a member of staff "Please put some clothes on, Kelli"

I asked what difference it would make; how did my visible skin differ from say, one of the lycra suits this place sold? I was asked again to get dressed. Well, their place, their rules, so I moved on. No need to cause a scene, but I thought it was a bit odd. Goes to show there maybe isn't a skin that isn't considered X-rated by some people!

I have a shapes shop as well.... and I'd be happy to hand one over to you just so you have a template to work from, as my shapes are all modifiable. It can be tedius trying to get a face to look just the way you want.... Look me up in-world if you like. I'd be happy to help you create the look you want. I've got tons of landmarks for skin & hair shops.... and half the fun is shopping! LOL

Thats one of them evil 'Osama Bin Laden' brand "teaser" skins. "Spank me" is written on the backside, but you cant get the panties off cus they are glued on. A serious tease indeed. If you look on the contents page of that item you will see a notecard with "muahahaha you aint gettin any", written on it in Arabic.

Did your mum never tell you to wear clean underwear in case you have an accident and have to go to hospitall ? Perhaps its the same kinda thing - you want to be ready in case for some reason you find that you absolutely have to take your clothes off in public.....
