if someone adds on a build and wants to showcase it, or is having a special sale, or a treasure hunt, or grand opening.... those are commercial events, and should be acceptable as temporary events listings.
ONLY mentioning you have space for rent is meant for classifieds.

special sales, treasure hunts, grand reopening, stuff like that sure those are events...
basically following the guidelines that SL has for the events section, only it would be in world
I think I am going to move forward with this idea... it sounds solid to me
I just need to contact the 2 people renting at the store fronts and see what I can do to compensate them (maybe leave them or move them to another area in the vicinity)
*shrug*
I will put it in my picks once I get it started
if anyone wants to be notified when I have it ready, please send me an in-world note-card or a pm here
I am excited about this, something new to try out hehe
