Do you think the vast majority of SL business-people want you to be satisfied ?

Depends, if they're products are geared towards residents then yes because it's good for business, if it's meant for outside businesses that sparks and bahs and that I criticize a lot on these forums then no I don't think they care that much because they have no reason to... admittedly if I ran a company geared towards outside businesses I might not either.
