Weird Customer Request

Thank you all for your replies. I always bend over backwards to accomodate my customers no matter how silly their request might seem to me. To clarify a few things even tho the object was non-mod the scripts were because this is a product I intend to update and also allow customers to add there own anims to. The poseballs in this case were menu-driven rez on demand type that are only out until you click to use them.
After searching my records I discovered that she never purchased it. Ill assume it was a gift, but still think she is out to repackage my hard work as her own. I did give her what she wanted but without permission to tran/sell. I also made sure that the poseball cannot be removed or sold.
Also, altho I didnt quote any of our conversation her answers to my questions just didnt make any sense. 1) She didnt want my product name popping up in public when she used it...but apparently didnt mind having the public watch her use it. 2) She renamed the product and put in a renamed folder so she could more easily remember it...does it really matter whats its called? You still have to remember it, and her name for it just happened to be something that would also make a very good name for the product.
Anyway, its been taken care of. She has what she wanted. If its all just innocent shell be very happy. If not shell be disappointed when she tries to rip it.

The OP said it was hover text on a poseball that was at issue. I gather from the customer's desire to remove the name of the product from the text that instead of saying something functional like "relax" it instead said something like "Acme Relaxer". From the latest description, I gather it was something other than a relaxation poser, though

I actually have a similar issue. I purchased a set of furniture and all of the pose balls hide except for one on Chaise. Which, ironic as it can be, is the one piece that has a naughty pose in it. I cant hide it or the text in any way and if you click on the ball to try and get to hide (thinking it has another script for hiding) it wips you over onto them and starts animating away. I still have the Chaise out but need to remember to IM the creator about exchanging it for one without the words Ride over each ball that wont...go...away. Also, all the other furniture is mod, this one isnt. Go figure!!

I don't know about animations but aren't no mod scripts bit hard to steal?
